BNSS 2023: Chapter XXXII: Section 452

 Any District Magistrate or Sub-Divisional Magistrate may—
(a) make over, for disposal, any proceeding which has been started before him, to any Magistrate subordinate to him;
(b) withdraw any case from, or recall any case which he has made over to, any Magistrate subordinate to him, and dispose of such proceeding himself or refer it for disposal to any other Magistrate.

 कोई भी जिला मजिस्ट्रेट या उप-विभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट-
(ए) किसी भी कार्यवाही, जो उसके सामने शुरू की गई है, को निपटान के लिए अपने अधीनस्थ किसी भी मजिस्ट्रेट को सौंप सकता है;
(बी) अपने अधीनस्थ किसी भी मजिस्ट्रेट से कोई भी मामला वापस ले सकता है, या किसी भी मामले को वापस ले सकता है, जिसे उसने सौंपा है, और ऐसी कार्यवाही का निपटान स्वयं कर सकता है या इसे किसी अन्य मजिस्ट्रेट के पास निपटान के लिए भेज सकता है।
